- Notice Period: The required notice period for cancellation may vary depending on the nature and terms of the service agreement. Please refer to your specific service agreement for details. If not specified, a minimum of 30 days' written notice is requested.
- Cancellation Fees/Charges:
- Upon cancellation, clients are responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the effective date of cancellation.
- Any non-refundable setup fees, deposits, or third-party costs incurred on the client's behalf (e.g., ad spend, software subscriptions) prior to cancellation will not be refunded.
- Early termination fees may apply if specified in the client's service agreement.
- Refund Policy
- General Stance: Due to the nature of marketing services, which involve significant time, expertise, and resources often yielding results over time, PHB Marketing generally does not offer refunds for services already rendered or in progress. We strive to ensure client satisfaction through diligent execution and open communication.
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:
- Non-Delivery: If PHB Marketing fails to commence the agreed-upon services within a reasonable timeframe without justification.
- Service Error: In the rare event of a significant error or failure on our part to deliver a core component of the agreed-upon service (excluding factors outside our direct control, such as third-party platform issues or market fluctuations).
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Setup fees or initial deposits.
- Hours/work already completed.
- Third-party costs (e.g., ad spend, stock photos, software licenses purchased for the client).
- Services where results depend heavily on external factors or client participation/input.
- Refund Request Process:
- To request a refund evaluation based on the eligibility criteria above, clients must submit a written request to paris.win@gmail.com within 7 days of the issue arising, detailing the reasons for the request.
- We will review the request within 10-15 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed typically via the original payment method within 15-30 business days of approval.
